Nkosi Minenkulu Joyi Foundation (NMJF)
Nkosi Minenkulu Joyi Foundation (NMJF) is a registered Non-Profit Company (NPC) established on the 14th of August 2019 after numerous community development initiatives executed by Nkosi Minenkulu Joyi as early as 2014 in his capacity as Senior Traditional Leader of Baziya Traditional Council within the Abathembu Kingdom in the Mthatha Area.
Rural areas of the Eastern Cape have been the cornerstone of poverty and social ills that negatively impact, damage and prevent the rural areas population to become the South Africans they envisaged. Social ills dominating in the rural areas have been identified and developed interventions to address them while working towards ending poverty in the rural areas within OR Tambo District.

Mission
To break the cycle of poverty through the social development of underprivileged adolescents while empowering young people and women to be self-driven through life coaching and economical sustainable projects and programs.
OBJECTIVES
To focus on the social development of underprivileged children by instilling a purpose driven spirit through education. To empower young people and women through life coaching & sustainable projects and programs.
CURRENT INTERVENTIONS
Agricultural Radical Program
NMJF has established a community program with the right knowledge and skills for commercial farming for their own sustainability. The crop and livestock farming are immediate tools to eradicate poverty and other social ills in rural areas. READ MORE

The Nkosi Minenkulu Joyi Foundation is committed to tackling the significant problem of medication adherence within the rural regions of the Eastern Cape, South Africa.
Climate Change program
South Africa has been affected by climate change which has led to extreme weather patterns. NMJF provides support to rural communities through awareness drives on climate change, assisting displaced people and providing meals in times of disaster in the Eastern Cape. As part of a long term vision, NMJF seeks to lead reforestation efforts to ensure development of the community, environment and economy.
