The Nkosi Minenkulu Joyi Foundation (NMJF), in close collaboration with the Baziya Traditional Council is proud to announce the launch of the Branch Appointment Booking System (BABS) assistance at the Baziya Traditional Council offices.This initiative is a pivotal step towards availing access to digital platforms availed by the Department of Home Affairs to communities. In line with our continuous efforts to support our rural community’s,NMJF has committed resources including tablets and data to facilitate online bookings.
Why Use BABS?
BABS is designed to significantly reduce wait times and improve service delivery in selected Home Affairs offices, which will soon require appointments for processing smart ID and passport applications. Baziya Traditional Council has seen the opportunity to assist it’s community by collaborating with NMJF for resources such as a tablet and data that are used for scheduling the appointment, the community of Baziya is advised to come to the Baziya Traditional Council offices in order to make bookings through BABS.
How to Book an Appointment:
1. Visit the the Baziya Traditional Council offices (09:00-14:00 weekdays) with your form of identification or letter from relevant authorities
2. Request for assistance from the NMJF consultant present
3. Recieve your confirmation and diaries your date
